2016 baseball table release announcement!
As most of you know our goal with the monthly bonuses is to make them attainable but only for athletes that do something extraordinary. The top monthly bonus should only be achieved by an athlete that his making history.
Our Season bonuses are designed similarly but should be attainable by the superstars having a solid season as well as a semi star athlete that has a career year. The top level should be attainable by the top couple of MVP types and of course the dispersion of bonuses should be pretty level down the scale, maybe with a few more at the bottom 4 tiers.
The Hall of Fame buy-backs are designed to allow an average athlete that plays a full career to achieve the bottom two tiers. The middle of the table will go to the stars and the top 3 tiers would generally apply to those athletes whom we will be talking about their performance for decades after they retire.
For all the bonus tables and Hall of Fame buy-backs for all sports our goal has been to make it equally lucrative for traders to invest in any athlete in any sport. We know that this will never be perfect but we feel that we are close to these goals in the 3 major sports. We also feel that the new scoring system is working well and do not expect any large scale changes in our future.
We are happy to announce that there will be no changes for the 2016 baseball season. We would like to go as far as to say that if there are any changes for the next football or basketball seasons that they would be very slight with the intention to try to even things out between sports, positions and trends. At this point we estimate the odds of having no changes whatsoever in both football and basketball to be better than 50%. However, there will be at least two position changes for the upcoming football season, which will be the subject of a post in this series in the next month or two.
